Carmenchu’s Journey - Leading with Experience
Carmenchu’s journey began as a Quality Assurance Inspector at Watson Labs (formerly Royce Labs), where she developed a deep understanding of critical quality functions. He expertise expanded into leading roles in auditing, process validation, and equipment qualification. At Teva Pharmaceuticals, she served as Senior Manager of Manufacturing Process and Technology, leading the team on system validation and engineering compliance strategies.
Her professional path is grounded in a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Santo Tomas (UST) in Manila, Philippines. Before entering the pharmaceutical industry, she began in construction and later became a Civil Engineering professor at UST for six years, shaping the minds of future engineers. This diverse background built the foundation for her passion in GMP compliance, manufacturing systems, and risk-based quality approaches—principles that now drive Adris Pharma.
